    Great tip, I noticed you checked off feedburner, but don’t have any rss feeds. You can easily convert web content or blog URLs to rss feeds (many online sources including feedburner itself) and then next time you ping, you can include your rss feeds, since checking off feedburner would otherwise be useless.
